Apple has announced the details of the new semester support campaign for students and faculty starting February 3rd. With the purchase of a Mac or iPad, you will receive an Apple gift card that can be used for both hardware and content.
The annual new semester support campaign is Startal, a real/online store that sells Macs and iPads at student and faculty prices. The campaign is held by Apple every year to coincide with the start of the new semester of Japanese schools. If you purchase a Mac or iPad at the student/faculty price during the period, you will receive an Apple gift card.This campaign will be limited to Apple Stores and online stores nationwide. The period is from February 3, 2022 to April 18, 2022. If you purchase a Mac at the student/faculty price during the period, you will receive an Apple gift card of up to 18,000 yen, and if you purchase an iPad at the student/faculty price, you will receive an Apple gift card of up to 12,000 yen. Apple devices can be purchased at student and faculty prices for current university students, technical college and vocational school students, students who have decided to go to these schools, their parents, and faculty and staff members of educational institutions.
