Just before this live, an interview was held with Ami Maeshima (voice of Aya Maruyama) of “Pastel*Palettes” who will be on stage at this live.

-This is the first event of “Pastel＊Palettes”, It's a representative live performance. I think you have experience participating in the joint stage, how do you feel this time?

Ami Maejima (hereafter referred to as Ms. Maejima): I graduated from being an idol at the age of 19, and now I'm working on the stage and "BanG Dream!" I've been working as a voice actor for '', and I'm deeply moved to be able to stand on the stage again, and this time to represent the band in a special lecture. Aya Maruyama, who I'm in charge of, is a girl who debuted because she admired being an idol. I would like to put my life into the character's life and do my best.

-How did you feel when you heard that the tickets for the 2,000 concerts were sold out immediately and the odds were close to 6x?

Mr. Maejima: I was very happy. When I heard that we were going to do it at “Zepp Tokyo,” I was wondering what I would do if no audience came. However, the number of applications we received exceeded our expectations, so there is some pressure on everyone's expectations, but I am happy. Furthermore, this time it will be a live viewing, so not only Japan but also people from all over the world can see it, so "BanG Dream! I would like to do my best so that many people will like it.

-What about this costume?

Mr. Maejima: When I was an idol, my image color was pink, and I used to wear twintails, so it fits me well. I feel like I can understand the character's feelings more deeply when I wear it myself, and I feel like I have to work hard.

-That's quite an idol outfit, isn't it?

Mr. Maejima: Ah, today I wore twintails for the first time in a while, so I felt a little embarrassed, so I asked the makeup artist many times, "Are you okay?" (laughs) Now I'm 22 I'm old, but I want to do my best until people around me stop me!

-What is the point of today's costume?

Mr. Maejima: This is "Bandori! Girls band party! (Hereinafter referred to as “Garpa”) This costume was made with the key visual for the 2nd anniversary, but it has flowers in the members’ colors. It's not just my pink, it's the color of the other 4 members, so I'd like to do my best with all the members' thoughts on it today.

-"Bundle! What do you think is the appeal of

Mr. Maejima: I think the greatest strength is the affinity between the characters and the voice actors. For example, “Poppin’Party” has a similar role name and real name, and has similar careers, personalities, and favorite things. I also have some resemblance to Aya-chan, and it's nice to be able to watch the growth of the voice actor while cheering for the character.

-What are some similarities between Mr. Maejima and “Aya Maruyama”?

Mr. Maejima: You entered this world because you longed to be an idol. Also, Aya-chan doesn't have a particularly outstanding talent, but she's a genius of effort. She's a girl who works hard towards her dreams and never betrays her efforts, even if the hearts of those around her are about to break due to various things. I'm not good at special songs, and I can't even dance. However, I was working as an idol with the idea of ​​working hard and growing more and more, so I think that's where we are similar.

-Is there anything you want to do in the future?

Mr. Maejima: It's been three years since the release of "Garpa," which we became involved in, and from now on, "BanG Dream!" I want to expand the circle of ". This time, we were able to perform our first live as “Pastel*Palettes”, so next time, I hope that all the members will come together and hold an event in front of everyone.

-Would you like to perform at various venues as “Pastel＊Palettes” like other bands?

Mr. Maejima: "Bundle! is getting bigger and bigger. I would like to hold various events like "Poppin'Party" and all of you who are doing real band activities, but I wonder if it depends on the results of this special performance (lol) First of all, this performance. I want to do my best!

-Have you ever wanted to try playing an instrument yourself?

Mr. Maejima: I am very interested. Looking at the seniors' performances, they are already artists. I think it's really cool, but Aya-chan, who is in charge of me, isn't in charge of instruments, so I want to do my best in singing and dancing, even though I admire instruments.

-I would like to hear about your future activities, such as music, etc.

Mr. Maejima: Right now I'm doing stage and voice work, but at first I thought it would be difficult because acting on stage and acting as a voice actor are completely different. But recently, I don't really feel that wall, and I enjoy expressing myself. It's the same with this live, but I'd like to study every day and do my best in my activities so that I can demonstrate my full potential in a place where people need me.
