Whizzer launches Kylin HE03AL in-ear earphones with hybrid driver – PHILE WEB

Itoya Kokusai will release the Whizzer brand canal-type earphone "Kylin HE03AL" from September 10th. The price is open, but it is expected to sell at around 27,800 yen including tax.

"Kylin HE03AL" Adopts a specially customized 10.2mm high-rigidity composite material diaphragm with a maximum magnetic flux density of 1.2 Tesla and a 5th generation dynamic driver equipped with a dual magnetic circuit. In addition, with a hybrid configuration equipped with a Knowles TWFK-30017 for the BA driver, we aimed for smooth, cohesive and accurate sound image expression. The housing suppresses vibration by adopting lightweight and highly rigid aircraft grade magnesium alloy by 5-axis CNC integral molding. In order to prevent scratches, the surface is subjected to multiple alumite treatments. Furthermore, it is equipped with a stainless steel tube and a double cavity to precisely control the air pressure inside the chamber. Multi-layer filter damping is applied to the front cavity and tubes, and special acoustic damping is applied to the rear cavity to achieve accurate sound phase and natural sound field. The cable is a 5N oxygen-free copper silver-plated cable, and the connector is a 0.78mm 2-pin connector with gold coating. The playback frequency band is 20Hz - 40kHz, the impedance is 30Ω, and the sensitivity is 113dB/mW.
