Insufficient hand-washing of employees in food factories or the growth of bacteria on hand-washing brushes can lead to the spread of infections and food poisoning in the product. Our company, which has many transactions with food manufacturers, listened to the voices of these sites and started development while there was growing interest in hygiene, including hand washing due to Korona-ka. When I was looking for a material that was comfortable to touch and easy to clean, I came up with the idea of ​​using silicone with reference to shampoo brushes. ■ Features of this product "Hand-washing master" is 134 mm long and 65 mm wide, and is a compact size that fits in one hand. It weighs 40g. When using it, the protrusion on the back is sandwiched between fingers to make it easy to hold. A brush for hand washing with a hair length of 1 cm and a brush for washing nails with a length of 5 mm are integrated. It is soft and comfortable to wash, but it also has the function of thoroughly scraping out wrinkles on fingers, bacteria and dirt hidden in the gaps between nails. It is especially effective for hand-washing elderly people with deep wrinkles. In our experiments at a food factory, it was effective in removing about twice as many bacteria and stains as conventional hand-washing brushes. It has high heat resistance and can be used by "hand-washing masters" up to 200 ° C, so it can be washed cleanly with boiling water after use. Similarly, it is easy to sterilize and disinfect because it does not deteriorate easily with any kind of chemicals. An antibacterial agent is kneaded into the silicon of the "hand-washing master" to suppress secondary infection from the brush. In addition, silicon has excellent quick-drying properties, and if you hang it after use with a wall-mounted hook attached to a "hand-washing master", the brush can be dried quickly and prevent the growth of bacteria. The "hand-washing expert" has made it a blue color that is not found in food so that it can be easily identified when a brush piece is mixed into the food production line.
